As a longtime resident of Tuolumne County and having grown up in the mountains I know how special it is to live here and work here. I have chosen Real Estate as my career and with 34 years of experience I provide a service to my clients that is both personable and professional, my motto is, “it’s not about me it’s about you”. Buying or selling a home is one of the most significant transactions of a lifetime and I am in business to provide a service. My skills are current, refined and tailored to your needs when buying or selling property. I will guide you through every step in the process and help you achieve your goals and lessen the stress during the different phases of selling or purchasing property. Being born and raised in Tuolumne County I can say I am lucky and blessed to live here in the Heart of the motherlode, so rich in history and a real sense of community. It makes me happy to be part of helping people that are seeking to live in Tuolumne County to achieve their dreams of living in the peace and serenity of the Sierra Nevada Mountains. I bring fresh and fun marketing ideas to the Suzanne Simpson Team. I work diligently to help coordinate and make the whole buying or selling experience as stress free and smooth as possible. Having an eye for detail I help ensure documents are complete and in proper order. I bring energy and enthusiasm to the Simpson team, you will always feel heard and respected when interacting with me, I am looking forward to a lifelong career in Real Estate.

My role on the team centers around client education, behind-the-scenes support, and helping create clarity and confidence for both buyers and sellers throughout the entire real estate journey. With a background in architectural design studies and many personal relocations, I bring a thoughtful, detail-driven perspective that helps our clients see opportunities many times missed by others. My passion is to put education over pressure, so that you can make real estate choices confidently. I am excited to continue my career as a Realtor while blending together my eye for home design and my love of the Sierra Foothills mountains we get to call home!
